Dreamality Events parties like a geek!

Recently, our team had the pleasure of assisting with the planning and execution of a ribbon cutting celebration for the tech company GeekHive.  Throughout our career Jess and I have planned hundreds of corporate events, but this one was very special for us.  First, this was the first time we had planned an event in my local hometown.  I am a city girl through and through, but Warwick is where my husband and I decided to plant our roots, so supporting a local business was definitely something I’ve always wanted to do.

Second, while we love planning amazing events for the Pepsi’s and Verizons of the world, as a small business ourselves we love to support fellow small businesses.  There is just something special about a company that understands firsthand the entrepreneur life!

GeekHive embodies a hometown feel, and each of their staff members is super accommodating and warm as they practice one of their guiding values of “People First”.  But don’t let this hometown feel fool you.  This geek squad has been around for some time, the company was founded by Peter Ladka in 1997 and based in the Hudson Valley since its inception, they are committed to keeping their headquarters in Warwick to offer local growth opportunities.   To that end, GeekHive recently moved their headquarters to an insanely awesome new space, and what better way to commemorate the occasion than with a ribbon cutting ceremony and celebration!

But enough describing how cool and amazing this event was.  Below are some behind the scenes pics that we hope you enjoy!
